Both classes are in high demand due to their strong tenancy, marketability, and consistent occupancy. While these classes offer lower cash dividends, there are expected to be more secure over the long haul, and appreciate more consistently. SNSREI looks for off market properties in order to secure purchase below market value and offer better returns to its investment group. SNS also considers stabilized assets which have minor value add components where by through lease up of vacant space, or light renovation/improvement to existing space, it can create additional yield and improve property value.
